Went to a friends property on the weekend, and had a good relaxing weekend and a bit of driving thrown in.

I'll put more up as i download them.

I was a great 2 days of exploring Howards farm and making new tracks around the property with water crossing and rocks and getting bogged and filling up the car with water:peepwall: :hehe:

Nice photos, Baz. Give us more closeups of those vehicles we can't get here! I see what looks like a trayback 75-series in the background?

Yep, the diesel 75 series is the farm work horse, we used it for firewood it's too much of a bone shaker for anything else:hehe: before the 75 he had an old series Landrover thats still working away on a friends property.

How's the howling moon tent on the d-90 in comparison to other rooftop tents?

He borrowed it for the weekend off a friend to see how it was, seems to have good room inside, put some drag on the car though, the fuel economy shot up, other than that he seemed happy with it, Howling moons are very popular here, along with the local product Shippshape.

I have seen the shipshape, doesn't look quite as high quality as the Howling Moon's. Looks like they would have some issues in high wind and rain situations with how the windows are set up.

Great pictures too! Love seeing what we can not have here in USA!

I'm not a fan of roof top tents, aspecially if it's a rainy weekend there's nowhere to sit and stay dry and still be able to move around, and climbing up and down those ladders after a few beers is just plain dangerous:friday:

Great pics -- Do you have a three legged dog?

Yep we got her that way, she is a 3 legged escape artist, Staffie X Kelpie (australian sheep dog) she's a character, and thinks she's human.
