I have this same system. The fit is perfect and it has good sound too. But the performance gains are probably only modest at best. Rust free SS construction is enough for me.

They are good for about 3-8 HP/Torque beginning around 1500 to redline. A ever so slight increase in MPG.

I put on a LOT of miles as I travel and I also pull a trailer sometimes.

I am planning a trip to the Rubicon. Its a long ways from Phoenix to the Rubicon on the highway and back, that is where the system give you a slight edge. My '03 Rubicon has 75k miles on it and runs a Gibson Cat Back.

Somewhat. The muffler is about as close to the cat as they can make it which does help a bit in tucking it out of harms way. Albeit in all my years of wheeling and I have punctured a muffler.

I do see that a few places have them for as much as a $100 bucks less than I paid for mine. And IMO I got a good deal after looking at cat prices. That said I would NOT walk away from that deal at all. $125 bucks for this set up is truly close out pricing and my guess is right at their cost.

I am of the thought that with a little fab work it is a perfect fit for the TJ. In fact I own a TJ and having them side by side on the driveway it was my thought that cutting out a section between the end of the muffler and before the bend up connection makes it a perfect fit. Grab your sawzall and a connector fitting for the exhaust pipe and go for it.
