Bumper similar to this one for Discovery II?

Does anyone know the company that makes this bumper, or of a company that makes a similar one for the Discovery II? Thanks!

I couldn't find any info on the Tibus Off-road Engineering website that pertained specifically to the bumper. My best guess it's a custom build for that truck to showcase their cool dual motor winch. The bolt on portals are very cool too.

They are for Defender only and are around $1600.
