Bumper & Tire Carrier

Im looking to build a bumper and tire carrier for my 94 Jeep wrangler. 1 tire and maybe a jerry can.

Does anyone have any blueprints or plans for one of these?

I don't think you're gonna find any blueprints. What I did was surf the web looking at everyone else's design and come up with a mix of everything that made sense to me. Pay attention to the build threads and what size/thickness metal people are using
