Buying a M416, worth it?

I have the chance to purchase a M416. The frame looks good and the entire trailer was sandblasted and appears to have been primered. The wheels are original and the tires are a street tread but look good.

The tub is heavily damaged and I intend on replacing it with a Dinoot fiberglass. Trailer has a reported functioning parking brake.

Asking price is $650, is it worth it?

650 seems like a lot for a frame and axle, and it seems like that is what your going to use it for. Just my opinion. I have a m416 and love it, but your inheriting a lot of issues with a 40 year old trailer that are probably easier to deal starting from scratch.
