Camper built : ACP Composites

HI guys, does anyone has ever done or heard of a project being done with some of the ACP composites products? One of my option for now would be the .500'' x 12'' x 24'' Fiberglass 2 Ply/Foam panels. I would use them as a frame base, cut the angle I need for every piece, glue the end together and solidifie them with a thin alluminium angle glue and riveted from the inside through the fiberglass and onto the plastic protecting on the outise.
but I wonder ?
Are they too thin?
I 'have looked a lot around and for now the rhinokore and total composites products are really awesome but really crazy expensive !
So I ask!
Do you guys have other other option for structural foam panels? and what do you know about ACP composites product ?

Not sure of sure camper design. but here are some thoughts:
Built properly honeycomb will out perform foam in strength, stiffness, sheer etc. With Honeycomb you can install / bond in inserts and they will be very strong , foam you cannot, you will either need to add a structural member to attach to or use a spool through the wall / roof/ or floor.
Skin materials will give you the stiffness and impact you need. for fiberglass you will need to add plys which will add weight and thickness, Carbon fiber will give excellent stiffness with less plays and thus less weight
So heres what we tend to design around, floors are 50% thicker then roofs and load bearing walls, example a 3 inch floor will have a 2 1/2 inch roof, load bearing walls will be 2 inch and filler walls will be 1 1/4 inch as you can see one thickness will not support . BTW the floor is supported by a full frame as well. Also our floors are load bearing and will support people and equipment or furniture
Have you looked at aluminum honeycomb?
cheers

How large is your camper? I just looked and this expensive for the size. .500'' x 48'' x 96'' Fiberglass 2 Ply/Foam $864.25. I am not familiar with their panels.
I would want min 2 inch thick panels for a off road camper build.
