Annual insurance (valid in whole EU including rescue service) can be arranged at my previous company or where you prefer for around euro270.00.
Government possession tax (Bollo) is euro135.00/year.
Compulsory mechanical inspection every 2 year (Revisione) is euro80,00, again can be arranged to my local mechanic shop or where else you prefer.
There are no other fees to maintain a vehicle in Italy.
