South America is great and you get a real feeling of it when you travel by a campervan - independent and free, getting to all remote places you’ve ever dremt of.
Our adventure is slowly over and so we are selling our van, a fully equipped campervan automatic RV
1989 DODGE RAM B250. We had a great time with it for the last 6 months!
The van is fully equipped for camping - it has a small toilet Portapottie, two big double beds, thermo shower, 3-burner stove, lots of storage spaces, a big fridge used as a storage and a small fridge, a heater, camping gear like table, chairs, pots etc. That makes you fully independent and able to camp anywhere!
This is a Dodge Ram from 1989, Campervan with Canadian origin and registration - NO problem to change ownership as we have gone through the same process and NO problem on crossing the border. We will guide you through this process when you buy the car
The car has automatic gear box.
Here’s more details:
• Electricity hook-up
• built-in 12v inverter
• battery charger
• external 110/220v transformator
• two LPG installations: a new installation (September 2014) to supply the engine (big savings on fuel)
• second LPG installation to supply the 3 burner stove and the furnace/heater
• the furnace/heater works really well, tested in Peruvian and Bolivian Andes
• the water tank and water system are easy to maintain and are in a perfect condition
• lots of storage space - under the bed and overhead storage
• the awning/overhang is easy to set up - very usefull when hot
• both side doors swing open to let in lots of fresh air
• both front seats can be rotated, which gives a lot of space inside the van
• steering wheel with regulation
• electric mirrors on both sides
• AC, radio and CD player (aux/USB) and 4 speakers all work well
• 4 new tires bought in December 2014
• a new break system: pads, callipers, pistons plus new break fluid (from December 2014)
• new spark plugs and ignition system (December 2014)
• among spare parts - a new starter and a new fuel pump
• 2 batteries: one for the motor and the other for interior use, both in a very good condition
• Portapottie toilet - very easy to maintain, makes travelling and camping very comfortable. You need to clean it every 2-3 days with water and chloride and that’s it!
Additionally:
• Tools and all the extras such as: Portable 12v mini fridge, cooler + icepacks, camping chairs + table, dishes/pots/all the kitchen accessories, 12v fan, camping light, pillows, blankets, auxiliary mattress, etc.
• There’s two hidden storage places for your valuables

We have been travelling with the van for about 8 months now and it will be for sale by the end of February/ mid March in North Argentina, Uruguay or South Brasil - depending on arrangement.
