A 15-1600lb small camper trailer? Im thinking like a Scamp, Burro, or old Uhaul type.

I know for sure I wont win any races since my pickup isn't a hotrod without a trailer, but Im just curious if it will do it at all.

Yes, your truck has a maximum tow rating of 3500#.

Yep...go for it! I tow a 2200 lb boat with a much less powerful 1985 2.4L 8-valve.

With my '01 Reg Cab 4x4 2.7 5spd, I pulled my tow dolly with my F250 strapped on it. A little slow, but the truck didn't really struggle with it except on a long uphill somewhat steep grade frontage road. Now slowing it down was the bigger concern for me. Even with the Tundra brake upgrade on my truck, stopping the 4500lb momentum from the F250 (sans drivetrain) and tow dolly was sketchy at best. Fortunately I was only hauling the truck across town. I recommend trailer brakes on anything you plan to pull often or for any sort of distance, either that or buy some spare rotors and pads.
