Just picked up a 05 Montero Limited with 340k on the odometer. The truck is in great condition so far have not had any issues. Drives like new, the last owner said it was used on highway commute to Colorado and back and forth. The timing belt and water pump is done. He suggested I do the spark plugs in 20k km I think I will do it sooner probably before winter. One thing that bothers me is the noise when A/C kicks in. The A/C is working properly but I can't stand the noise. I wonder if anyone has experienced that. Also the engine light is one. The previous owner mentioned he got a guy to install the remote starter and the engine was caused by that. One other thing that I noticed is the camber on the rear left wheel, I am not sure what is up with that but I am looking at getting an alignment maybe that would fix the issue.
