Canyonlands White Rim Trail

Just returned from several days on White Rim Trail (15 thru 18 Apr 07). White Rim trail is in very good repair right now. Gas available at 313 - 191 junction. Moab is filled with jeeps. They've had rain and we had a few thunder showers. There are a great many flowers in bloom and the desert has a green coat just now. Here's a few pictures! (Having trouble uploading just now...)

The White Rim Trail - one of my favorites.

Good to hear it's in such good condition. Looks like you need to reduce the size of your photos before attaching them.

I look forward to seeing more! :088:

Wish I was out there right about now. I rode the loop on my mountainbike once but what like to go back and cruise it at a leisurely pace in my rig sometime.

Pics too big

Added one more but you are correct, pics don't upload because they are too big. I don't have a program that will chew them down.

Yes, there's a lot on the rack. Jeep is carrying 4 people on an 11 day trip (3 on White Rim) so there is little room inside and lots of gear. You can see more about jeep at http://expeditionportal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4802

MHEAD,
I keep my high qulity pics on the computer and then upload all of them to a photobucket account. That way I just post the image in the thread.

Went to your link and saw the tent, and all the nice comments it deserves. It is comfy looking! Also, the pictures are great. I'm planning a winter escape to the southwest and pictures help. Awesome stuff. Thank you.

you can reduce an image in paint dude. open the image in paint then go to image and stretch skew. reduce the pixels by 50% till you are close then go incriment by incriment, the save the image as a NEW FILE, dont save over the original.

but thats how u do it.
