Cargo Enclosed Trailer Conversion--Ideas and Suggestions Needed

You guys have been a wealth of knowledge with some other projects I done and now I want to attempt this trailer conversion. This is going to be some uncharted ground for me.

My priority is keeping this trailer light and doing a quality build. I started looking at aluminum toy hauler trailers as I want to bring my toys with me and use the trailer as a basecamp and I really want to keep the weight down when I tow out West. The options are very limited and costly for an all aluminum toy hauler, so I am thinking about building one. I would start with an all aluminum cargo trailer and go from there. My plan would be to have to fold down sofa/beds in the back, that can be used when the toys are outside. I think I have that part figured out, but now comes the hard part. I have an area that is about 5' deep and 8' wide that I can put a sink in, some cabinets and toilet. Would love to come up with an easy solution for a shower or maybe even a shower that can just be used outside?

I will probably be plugged in at campgrounds or use a small generator. At this time I don't think I need a 12 volt system. Would love to do AC, for when I am in Moab. Thinking of going with a composting toilet, or maybe even the Dry-Flush toilet that is out. I am really looking for feedback and suggestions on the best way to do a sink, have some power inside, refrigerator and the best way to do a shower. Maybe even just a portable shower unit for use outside? Not even sure the best way to do water for the sink and gray water for the drain.

I am just starting this process and gathering information. I am not in a rush and have lots to learn.

I think my top favorite idea Ive seen. Was a pull out slide from the rear which left enough floor width open for a dirt bike or other gear and doubled as a seating spot/bench when left retracted in the trailer. I think it kept weight more centered vs piled onto the front and all hitch weight.

I also like the idea of racing sailboat flip up pipe rack cots mounted to a wall, bunk style, for quick easy get out of the weather, bunks, or quick gear shelving. Or simply folded up against the wall out of the way for a bike etc.
