Due to a back injury I'm being forced to sell my kayaks and probably have no need for a roof top tent. I purchased the tent new last fall and it has been 100% stored inside on the top of my trailer. The tent has been deployed a total of 4 times and is in excellent condition. The model is a Mt Shasta specs are here:

I also have the additional room that attaches to tent for a changing room. New these tents cost $1395 plus $200 freight. I am willing to sell it for $750. Please be advised that I am currently walking with the use of a walker so loading it into a buyers vehicle will have to be done by others. My sons may be able to assist depending on their schedules. This is a great set up but I'm a hammock tent camper and I can't bring myself to sleep in the RTT. My sons have spent a couple nights in it and I've had it up at the house a couple times to make sure it all went together right.
I don't know the exact weight but would guess it weighs somewhere around 120lbs or so. One person can remove it/install it but it's a bit much for one person.

If a buyer is interested in having a carrier come by the house to box it up and transport it then it would be done at the sole cost of the purchaser.
