I have a set of CBI ditch light brackets for my T4R4, and I plan to mount them up with with a dually style LED flood pointed out a little. I'm thinking them may be enough room to drill for a CB antenna mount, as well. That would put a light on one side of the truck and a light and antenna on the other. Has anyone done this? I'd dry fit it myself, but I don't yet have the lights. Thanks for any input you can offer.

Yeah, there aren't really any good options for CB antenna mounting on the 4runner. If we had a rear point (like a Jeep), reception would be crummy, and reception on the roof is great, but I already have trouble in garages. The hood is ideal, but the fender mounts seem like they will tear something up. I'll likely drill one of these out when I pick up the duallies.

I think you should have enough clearance behind or to the side of the Dualy, they are pretty small light. I have an antenna on one side and I think my passenger side I am gonna throw this spare hella 500 I have on that side.

just call CBI and have them make you as set of the ditch mounts with the drivers side mount having and extra tab or more room on it for the antenna. i was the one who first approached CBI about adapting their ditch mount brackets for CB and other antennas, im sure they will work with you, the love to do custom stuff. i have a bunch of custom stuff done to my rear bumper they built for me

Regarding the 5th gen brackets, Relentless fab makes a 2nd gen Tacoma hood bracket that looks like it will fit the 5th gen hood bolt pattern perfectly. We mocked one up on a friends truck
