Cheap auctions for GM panel van for camper

Government auction of GM 1 ton panel vans. Looks like a cheap base for a decent camper. Needs a 4WD conversion and an interior but most of them only have around 60K miles. not sure why the steering wheels are all messed. At any rate I am not affiliated I just noticed them and thought someone might be interested.
