Like the other guy said. It's 3+3, chevy marketed their old C/K crew cabs as 3+3.

It looks like the old "big dooley" crew cab with the bed removed. This would be a good candidate for a powertrain upgrade to CTD 5.9 and NV4500 or NV5600.

Being a 1 ton truck, putting it on a 4x4 (6x6) chassis shouldn't be every difficult. You could probably even put it on a diesel chassis without issue from the government.
