Cheap'ish AGM batt chargers?

Hope this is the right place for this. I have a Diehard Platinum AGM batt that I need to get a charger for. I think my daily driving routine isn't enough to keep the batt at full charge over time and want a simple charger for topping it off once every few months. I am having a hell of a time finding decent info on what chargers I can use for basic maintenance charging of my AGM batt.

I need to keep it under $50. Anybody know what chargers will work for my application?

Thanks,
Dave

I have two of those battery tender chargers and they have saved a couple of Optima batteries that I could not charge with a regular battery charger.

Saying that I don't ever plan on buying another Optima battery, The last battery I bought was a Sears Platinum, so far so good.

walmart.

i bought their 12amp charger. it has a setting for stndard, agm and deep cycle.

and it has a 2, 8 and 12 amp setting.

plus i like that it shows the percentage.

i bought for the less that 1 year old red top optima. my 4runner was not a daily anymore so i kept killing the batt. the charger would get it up and running, but sometimes it would just die.

IIRC it was like $42

so last week after reading the threads on here about the sears platinum... i bought one. havent need to connect the charger since...
