Ontario location and price in the title were both added after I prompted for the missing info. (Look at the post and edit times.)

The point of asking everyone to include all the information up front is to mitigate the inevitable back-and-forth, and to have every user be able to see the same info. It's also a benefit to the seller, since it avoids the potential to to have to answer those questions multiple times if they come via PM. The seller was a new member, so is likely unfamiliar with the practice, and may have missed the stickied "READ BEFORE POSTING" right at the top of the forum.

And to answer your question: Yes, I was interested, until I got the information I was seeking.
