Nice Jeep, I have 2 running and the parts for another 3B in the yard. I don't need another project.
Yours has been patched a bit but the tool box is in great shape, sort of rare. I think your motor is possibly a 231 vs a 225 from some of the emission stuff mounted, distributor and the rockerarm covers.
A picture of the hatchannels would be good to see
If the total Jeep is in good operating shape, you should be able to get 2x your asking price.

That's exactly what I was thinking. If I spend the $500 in parts and a day's labor to get it driving, I will ask somewhere in the $4000 to $5000 range.
