This is a 2006 Montero.

Driving to work this morning I noticed all my lights come on on the dash. ABS, Brake, Battery, Traction control, and a few others. Then my a/c started acting funny. When I let off the gas it would cut off, but then I would step on the gas and the a/c would blow, but it would sound like it was whining. I pulled into a gas station and stopped. When I pulled forward to get to the back of the gas station something would clunk under the car when it shifted gears. Then the orange diff light turned on and the green tire lights went off. I stopped and could hear a rattling underneath the vehicle. I shifted into full time 4wd and tried moving again and no more clunks or rattles and the diff light went off. All four tires lit up green. But all the other lights on the dash were still on. I turned the vehicle off and back on and the a/c was working fine again but the lights were still on. Drove to work in 4wd and it drove like it always does. I am going to wait to get home to put it back in 2wd and see what happens.

Anyone have any ideas what I could look for to see whats going on? I assume its electrical, or a vaccum hose or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm going to side with BOPOH and guess you may have an alternator or battery issue. It's always easy to start with the simple stuff. Usually when stuff like that goes completely haywire it's a voltage issue, so either not enough, or too much.
