Coleman 3 Buerner

I recently purchased a coleman 3 burner stove that has 426 stamped on the front panel right were the carry handle is. However, everything I read states there should be a letter after the numbers. Is that true? This stove has a cooper colored round tank. What would everyone value this unit at?

Thank you,
Brian

It's worth what you paid/sell it for. The collectors will tell you it's worth $8. 426s aren't nearly as common as the 425s, but there's plenty around. Also, just because it's old doesn't mean it's valuable. That's not to say there isn't old Coleman stuff fetching a pretty penny, but if it's green, odds are you've got an $8 piece. Coleman stuff is kinda like records. A good specimen of the packaging is often worth more than what was inside.
