Needs some work but is serviceable "as is", very study unit and a great project. The canvas has some patches, and needs a few more, it is starting to show its age. New canvases can be ordered, that's what I was going to do. My kids don't want to camp any more, that's why we're selling it. It's all in all a nice unit, and for the price... I was going to install plumbing and holding tanks too, as it is we just used jugs over the sink.
