Not bad...I'd pay a buck a watt new for the panels. The charge controller is probably junk though.

its an average deal, nothing special.. for same price you can get a 100W HQST thats smaller and lighter which could be vital on a vehicle (19.5in vs 27in wide).. but yeah I'd throw that charge controller out and get a better one sized for at least two panels, because odds are your gonna end up wanting more than 100w eventually.

Smaller Size panels of same output indicate higher efficiency and cost more so use that as a base metric.
