What an awesome trip report! (I know it's a lot of work, so I admire you). It's great that you got to explore so many places before the Summit even started. Thanks for the tip on the Thai place. I love thai, so I will definitely pay them a visit. It was really great to meet you and Josh and see your burly FJ at the event.

Cheers, and stay cool

Hey Chris! Thanks, it was great to meet you finally too! I wished we had more time to chat, I was starting to think you took off early until I saw you briefly on that last day. Hopefully we can catch up on a run here soon!

Yea, I decided to skip the trail run on Saturday and go hiking instead (and soaking in the hot springs cave:) ) The group shot on main street was cool, eh? We are so close, we'll just have to make it happen. A nice camp-out up in the Bradshaws would be do-able. Schedule is crazy right now, but as soon as things cool off a little, let's plan on it! Maybe late Sept?

Phil, it was a great pleasure to meet you. I wish we would have been on a run together too. I really enjoyed your account of the Black Bear experience, that was great! I also really loved the vehicles you had in attendance. Top-notch! ;)

Thanks bro....no Black Bear for us this year....ahh but there is always next. Or maybe just a 3 day trip up for a long, chaos-free weekend!
