REI Kitchen question...

Looks as if you are ready for any gastronomical requirement. Good on Ya!

Quick question: Can the REI kitchen be set-up, minus the REI wind screen? I just bought (on the Portal) a 3 burner - Cook Partner Stove / with windscreen.

According to the specs on the stove and REI, the C.P. stove will fit, if I don't use the REI windscreen. I am ready to order the kitchen, but it must be able to accomodate my new "Outdoor Range"...

yes the wind screen can be removed.
