The main radio package is done, need to clean up the loose wiring (all 12ga, with all possible conections soldered) and put the finishing touches on hiding all the coax. (all RG-8) The three radios all are mounted to each other with the bottom CB having a rubber shock mount chasis bracket to the dash. That we pulled and put a 12x6 alluminum reinforcement under the dash pad to prevent any pull out due to vibration. the 10 meter rig and 2 meter rig are then bolted through the top cover of the 11 meter radio.

It sits kinda tall, and we drove all over this weekend doing some geocache runs that poped up in the local area before making the final decion thats where its going to mounted. Visually it splits the middle ground of where both pass and driver's normal veiw out the front is so its not as bad as it looks.

This is in my new/old F150 which have some notoiously nasty iginition and alternator noise problems. so now lots of grounding issues to get worked out and the final location of all the antennas....

I wish for a yasue ft100 and matching atas!!!
