conqueror trailers

Have been looking at there trailers on the Internet ,anyone on here had any experience importing one of these trailers into the USA.

I started to look at importing one but a conquest popped up on the for sale section of the forum 2 seasons ago and I snagged it. There are some conqurors in the states. Not many, but a few. Buying used was a cost effective means of acquiring one for me. Importing would require deep pockets. There are alternatives...

I am the proud owner of a Conqueror Compact that I've had for almost 6 years. While I love my trailer I can't say that I would recommend importing one from SA. I have not been able to get *ANY* support for parts or service questions. The closest I got was a few replies from an Australian dealer. I inquired from them what would be involved to import one from there. It is possible to get an American spec'ed model but it's over $50K landed.

So many great options that are lower cost and pain...

I you go that route, make sure you get the WMA? certificate (world manufactures something) I had to have it in NY to get a title.....
