Its the back of a SAAB 96 station wagon - I saw a yellow one like it in North Georgia about thirty years ago at the Cloudland Canyon state park. Pretty cool idea. I saw a similar trailer made from the back end of a VW Rabbit too - the hatchback makes it easy to access and without the seats they will hold an incredible amount of stuff.
