There is a multi part longer version on YouTube.
Its impressive but they had a 4x4 truck and crew also to build roads and to drag the corvair through a lot of it.
I heard they left some behind? I'll have to watch it again. I grew up in a 2 door1961 with six kids in the back seat...

Yeah, a '60 or '61 Chevy Truck. I one of the last pictures they show a 1962 plate on the front of a Corvair. I believe I've seen another film where they found an abandoned Corvair along the route.
