Hello,
I'm selling the off road trailer I built a few years ago. Built it from scratch with heavy duty/quality materials, so I can assure you this trailer will take any kind of beating you can throw at it. It was sandblasted and primed by a professional and then sprayed with truck bed liner and imron industrial paint. The hitch is a very high quality off road coupler that gives extreme articulation without binding or slipping loose. It's super easy to hook up as well, no more complicated than your standard ball hitch. This trailer has perm tags from Arizona (moved to Denver from Tucson). At the moment it's on 31" tires, but it can fit up to 35's. I built it to fit a roof a roof top tent thats around 48x48 (thats the size of the lid). The shocks for the lid are both rated for 200lbs so a tent shouldn't make the lid feel any heavier. The inside of the trailer is sealed with silicone along the edges and there is weather stripping along the lid and access door. It's not completely water proof around the tail gate, but it's up high and I've never run into any problems. The access door has a lockable latch and the lid/tailgate can be locked with pad locks.
Trailer weighs 1,346lb dry
Specs:
3,500 lb axle
jeep leaf springs
shocks
Adventure trailer max coupler
4x6 bucket
6 on 5.5 hubs (very easy to change out to match jeeps or other vehicles)
Side access door
Tailgate
Assisted opening lid
Roof rack (can mount ski racks/bike racks ect.)
Roof cargo rack (strap down a cooler, fire wood ect)
tongue storage box
Hi-lift mounts
Quick fists
Removable jerry can holders on each side of the trailer (can be fitted with propane tank holder)
7-blade connector
Shoot me an offer if you're interested but don't low ball it, I'd like to get a little money back on my investment. Its a couple years old now, but with very light use. Before it is sold I will give it a once over (re-grease hubs, touch up any paint impercections, clean it up, ect.) so the offer price should reflect the maintenance.
Asking $4,000 OBO
