The time has come to put my beautiful camper up for sale. A lot of time and sweat have gone into this build but it is time to sell and begin construction on a proper tiny home. If you have any questions in the following information please do not hesitate to email or call me for more info, questions or offers.

Please view my Instagram page (The_Levin_Life) for interior pictures, build process and misc info.

NOTE: I understand the truck is the biggest concern as far as miles go but the price reflects the age of the truck. I am willing to swap this camper onto a newer dodge, Ford or Chevy if the interest is there. The price would obviously increase substantially (Price of new truck)

I began this project in September of 2018 and hit the road May of 2019.

Exterior Shell: The frame is constructed with 1.5" .065 wall square tubing exoskeleton that is framed in with hand-selected 2x2 lumber. The shell is 4mill aquatech sheeting that has 4 coats of WEST SYSTEMS 105 epoxy with white latex paint over that (two moisture barriers) with 1/16 2" aluminum angle on all corners (butyl tape and Proflex for sealant).

Insulation: All the insolation is PINK foam rigid board that is glued and blocked in between the studs. Camper is very well insulated (4mill wood exterior+foam+1/4" interior panels).

Interior details: Interior paneling is 1/4 wood panels that have two coats of KILLZ primer and two coats of satin white paint on all the walls
-Floor: 1/2" plywood subfloor that is sealed with KILLZ primer and covered with foam underlayment underneath the laminate flooring
-Ceiling: Ceiling is 1/4 pine tongue and groove that is stained with Minwax Ebony stain and attached with staples
-Cabinets: All cabinets, cupboard, countertops, table, and bench seats are custom built and glued/Kreg screwed together
-Sink: The sink is operated by a hand pump faucet (saves tons of water but can be converted if desired)
-Water supply: I have 5 gallons of freshwater (matching gray tank). I have chosen to use small portable containers as the ease of filling is super convenient. It is multi-beneficial as you can easily store additional containers in the truck or camper and easily carry them to spigots or into Walmart to fill for free
-Stove: The stove is a Suburban propane two-burner stainless stove powered by a 20lb propane tank under the sink (Have propane monitor and check all connections with soapy water when changing)
-Furnace: Furnace is a Suburban 16,000BTU furnace that easily heats the camper even in the coldest climates (Camped down to 15 degrees and it is very cozy in the camper)
-Fan: Fan is a Maxxair fan with adjustable speed / in/out options with thermostat (Moves a ton of air)
-Bed: Bed is setup for a twin size bed with storage space by the feet
-Electrical: 200 watts of panels on the roof with Renogy panels and charge controller. 1800watt inverter and touchscreen switches. 420AH of batteries. Everything is fully fused and tucked up nicely.

---There is no bathroom or shower-- I have always just done babywipe showers and used other bathrooms. You can easily install a composting toilet in one of the bench seats or under the sink
