CVT Family RTT for sale - Atlanta (Brand New - still in box)

I know almost nothing about these things but I am being forced to learn a little.

Retail is $2400 . I'll cut it loose for $1600 OBO and meet on north end of Atlanta.

Hi, is the actual tent color tan? It looks like the label on the box says so. I'm too far away to buy, but others might be more (or less) interested if the tent is tan.
