Wife I and used this tent for our trip from the Keys to Michigan back in February. We only used it in Florida and 1 night in Georgia. Got a little too cold for us the further north we got. Spent a total of 12 nights in it. Comes with ladder and bag which which can connect to the tent on three sides. Anti condensation mat and 2 inch mattress. No issues or leaks or scratches anywhere

Tent is located in northern Michigan but I usually head to Ohio once a month to visit family so delivery to surrounding areas is negotiable. Depending on the time and location I can help install.
