Hello,
My wife and are looking at possibly selling our Mt McKinley (Now sold as the Denali Extended Pioneer). We have only used it twice and the previous owner used it a handful of times they said. The anex has only been used once during our long trip last year. The tent has always been aired out after camping and not stored with a sleeping bag or etc in when folded.
The previous owner struggled with the cover installation. He thought the velco synch straps where to hold the tent together and the cover over the that. So he cut slots into the zipper portion that attaches to the tent to accomplishes this. It hasn't effected the tent and no issues with weather since it is under the cover normally. The only other issue is I had to drill some holes in the ladders to work on the height of our trailer and measured one incorrectly. The ladders still hold weight, deploy and work as intended just a little tight to get to lock. I was looking at upgrading to the telescoping ladders if we keep this tent.
We are looking at selling it to put towards the summit version with the stargazer added on. My wife has expressed that is her only complaint that she wants to be able to see the stars on a clear night. These tents sell for $2295 plus shipping. We are asking $1900.
Sorry no pictures due to it being on the trailer and we just got hit with 6 inches of snow...if it warms and there is interest I can pull it out and get some.
