Selling our pretty new RTT that we bought straight from the CVT showroom in Bend in August of 2019. We've used it a few times and it's been great but I think it's time we finally just got a little trailer now that we have a truck. This tent is CVT's 3+ person tent which easily sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids or "3+" adults. You could even fit four in a pinch. The "extended" version has an overhang that covers the entryway and ladder and keeps everything out of the rain/weather and the "summit" version uses higher quality materials that are built to last longer. Not pictured but included with the tent is the "annex" room which zips into one side of the tent and provides added space for changing or sleeping or just hanging out. Because it's the "extended" version, the annex room encloses the ladder which definitely helps to close the whole thing up.
The tent is currently off the truck and just sitting in my garage. I can deliver it to you if you're in the general area and I'm willing to go further if you want to pay a little more (just to help cover gas for the trip).
