Perpetual Transient
Hey guys. Wanted to get some feedback on what you think my Rover is worth. It has been a very enjoyable vehicle and served me well on my travels. Definitely going to miss it but am ready to move on. Just trying to get a realistic idea of what it might be worth. Here is the description the best I can come up with.
'95 D1 with 180,000 miles. Professional 4.6 conversion done at 140,000 miles. 5 speed tranny. OME lift, ARB Bull bar, snorkel, wildernes systems basket, rear ladder, 235/85 BFG AT's with 40% left. Genuine Land Rover seat covers. Borla exhaust. New rear 3rd member, alternator, rear drive shaft, brake work, plugs, cap/rotor, plug wires
Front and rear AC work great, windows all work, front sunroof just stopped working, rear works fine. Interior is in great condition, driver's seat shows slight wear but not bad. The paint is faded on the roof and hood, the sides look good though. It has a large portion of it's service history documented including the rebirth of the whole truck when it was gone through at 140,000 miles. The truck is a strong runner but not perfect but was WELL loved. Previus owner bought it for 11k at 150,000 miles which I find pretty insane. It was owned and built to it's current state by Safari 4x4 in Denver (which no longer seems to be around).
Issues: front main seal leak, front sunroof inop, slight exhaust manifold leak passenger side, that's about it. I have a friend who is interested in it and I want to give him a fair/good price.
