Dexter 10 x 2.25 electric brakes with parking feature

I am looking for a set of these for my 3500 pound axle and they seem to be impossible to locate online. I will call Six Robblees on Monday, but for now I was wondering if anyone has sourced these brakes?

K23-086-00 LH Complete Brake Assembly with Parking Feature
K23-087-00 RH

Or just the backing plate assemblies:

036-019-07 LH Backing Plate Assembly (includes items 12, 22-28 - all the P brake parts)
036-019-08 RH

From the Dexter drawings it looks as if you could _easily_ retrofit the parking brake bits to a new set of standard (cheap!) brakes by drilling out the top post and replacing it with the Anchor Post and Bushing Assembly. Has anyone doe this, and are all the P brake parts available?

Thanks.

IIRC, the separate brakes and backing plates are hard/impossible to find, but this set-up can easily be ordered as a whole axle. I eventually want to go to electric brakes on our M101 and this is what I remember based on my research for that project. Not sure if this helps or not.

The commonly-used parking brake handle assembly is widely available via several surplus dealers. Not much more than the cable and some easy to fab brackets is then needed.

While a good set of chocks can substitute for a parking brake, off-roading can present situations where you'd really be better off having the convenience of flipping the parking brakes on. Chocks often have a hard time holding a trailer at odd angles and on slopes where a parking brake would work better.
