Has anyone used this before under $200. Your feedback is appreciated. Or should I just stick to iid tool which can be had for around $400.

I haven't used this tool but love my IIDTool. If you can get it for $400 get one its a bargain.

I wouldn't unless you want to really look at a lot of crap on an ipad. I use mine only a couple times a month to clear the code from having two fuel tanks. Otherwise the only thing I really change much is ride height via LLAMS tool. I never use IIDtool for EAS anymore. The times IIDtool is needed, are simple enough in non-BT interface although it would be nice as a gadget.
