Got the TIming belt service done on my 98 Montero SR along with Cam seals, crank shaft seal, crank pulley, radiator hoses, etc. Total Labor was $740 and parts were $430. The waterpump kit bought from Rockauto didnt work, so Shop had to buy another waterpump. It matches the part number listed in this forum, But either way, my crank pulley was completly destroyed prior to replacing it, car feels alot better now after replacing it. Could have done it myself, but Didnt have the time or energy. Prior to the service, I overheated the car once. But it looks to be running fine the past 2 days.

Nice truck! It doesn't matter how you get the maintenance done, so long as is done right! 👍 Now you should be able to enjoy going out with it!

Nice! I'm taking mine to my buddies shop on the 7th for the same thing, he's got the week to fix it while I'm in FL. Looking forward to coming back to a fully dialed in rig.
