Hi all,
I'm getting ready to install a sweet new brake set that I'm very excited about: DBA rotors + OEM pads, I found them over at Expedition Exchange.
So here is my question - on a 2001 DII with 94,000 miles - do I need to perform any maintenance on the hubs while I have the rotors off?
I have heard of people repacking hubs or bearings while doing complete brake jobs, on a variety of vehicleds, because all the parts are already off. Can you or do you need to do this on a DII? How can I tell if it is needed or beneficial? How do I go about doing it and what supplies or parts are needed?
Thanks for any input/help.
Brian
