Disco windo mech

My 1997 Disco 1 lost the rear passenger windo function today. After peeling things apart a bit, I see that the window lifting arm that is connected to the motor is working as designed. THe issue at hand is that the plastic or nylon busing that rides in the metal track attached to the window glass it self has disintegrated. I have the track propped on the metal rivet/stud that is on the end of the arm. I'd like to repair so that we can use the window still.

I looked on Rovers North for a replacement for the plastic piece, but all I see is the arm itself.

Any ideas?
