DIY Converting drop leg of trailer from stand to wheel.

I am getting ready to embark on a DIY project of converting the drop leg of my trailer from a pad to a wheel so I can move it without having to pickup the tongue of the trailer. Has anyone done this project to their overland trailer, if so please share. Thanks

Yep, just got a big old caster (5") from caster city and welded it on the bottom of the pad. If I don't like it I can always cut it back off...easy peasy!

You could always do 1 of these http://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Bulldog/BDCA555.html?feed=npn&gclid=CKOyvb35vtECFYEYgQodzO8Fsg and then attach a caster to it. I just bought a jack with wheels on it.
