Thanks Dan, the walls are still there. This is a bit confusing to explain. The front camper seat sits on top of the walls and can slide forward or back. Hopefully these pictures can explain. Most of the time when I camp I make the camper area larger by sliding the camper seats forward over the Jeep back seats, but I can also leave the access to the front open and/or fold down the backrest of the camper seat.Wow, thanks for those pics.
I absolutely love the ability to go right through from the back to the front - THAT is the killer feature of a Gladiator camper in my opinion, and why the Gladiator will shine compared to other pickups - the removable roof makes what you've done possible.
I'm very curious about the vertical rear wall that is the back of the regular cabin, and the vertical front wall of the tub.
Are they still in there and I just can't see them, or did you cut them out and I missed it?

It took me a while to figure the geometry out, but I think it works great.
