Does anyone know what brand/model camper this is?

Does anyone know what brand or model of camper this is? I thought it kind of looks like an older Four wheel camper. The owner wasn't sure and thought it might be an old Skamper but doesn't seem to have much info on it.

External lift mechanism? Definitely not an FWC but I have no idea what it is.

Should be a manufacturers tag on it. But the scissor lift should be a give away.

I have a palomino pop up trailer with lift arms that look like that. Might be a palomino.
