Double Duty Trailer ideas needed - Trailer with RTT that also is a utility trailer

So i have a 4x7 trailer, right now it just hauls my kayak and makes occasional runs to the hardware store, landscaping stuff ect. I need some ideas how i can use this as a double duty trailer as I still need the utility use and that will be most of the year. Then when camping i basically toss in the gear and roll out. My thoughts are this

Build a box that has a removable front/back. I can't really do doors as its only 4' wide and i need the full width if i am picking up sheets of drywall, the front comes off so i can fit larger/longer items and hang them over the long tongue (long because of the 12' kayak.)

Box will be shorter than the whole trailer so there will be a front platform of about 18" to set coolers, gas cans, generator ect.

Sides of box will have mounts for removable cross rails. These will either be for mounting a RTT, or until i can afford that it will carry my kayak up there. Kayak hauling is about 90% of the use of this trailer.

Lid - Likely will have to figure out something that's tarp like or easily removable. This is going to be the challenge with the roof rails, removable parts ect. any ideas here appreciated.

Need to mount a propane tank, battery box with chargers ect (this is a portable case so really just need a place to secure the pelican case and plug it in.

Thanks. I think i found the ones you were talking about on there. good ideas. basically do removable barn doors plus a removable cross brace on the back.

I just thought of this too. if i have the roof racks then the plywood sheets or whatever can go on those and get strapped down instead of sitting actually in the trailer.
