Hello all, I'm looking to start the base of my jerry can mount, but have yet to buy my jerry cans. I'm getting two NATO cans and was wondering if anyone could help me with the dimensions so i can start building. I found the measurements WxHxD as 13.5x18.5x6.5 in inches. is this right? Thanks for the help!

Those are nominal dimensions and the can's are not a simple rectangular solid. I believe you will be a lot happier if you get the physical cans to build up around- that's what I did.

Wow Pugslyyy that is one nice setup wish I could fab like that :(

I wish I could fab like that as well. Fortunately I have people that can weld much better than I can!

It's based off some ones that I saw for sale on the internet but I wanted stainless.

Damn pugs. Well done. Are you the other NAS110 I've seen URE? If so, we need to share a damn beer by the campfire.

Yep that's me. I think Andrew took it last year (one of our techs), I had other obligations but I've been to URE plenty of times before.

Picking up my cans today, but I did get a sweet hinge for my swing out, able to hold 300 lbs and only 8$! Can't wait to start, might have to spend a few hours at the shop this weekend and get this thing done!
