Hi there
Found a low mileage 06 E450 6l 158"Wb for sale, was wondering if and or how a single rear set up would be possible, taking into consideration lug spacing for new 4wd axle and tire reccomendations for acceptable gvw ratings. Would like a 4" lift, to keep it low but with some trimming could I get 35" tires squeezed in there, and are any capable of meeting load ratings of the 450 series?
What I would like to build is a custom expedition box with a large fuel and water supply. Rear clearance wont be an issue, yet I would like to have the maintain the large gvw.
Looking for any history or reccomendations on how to make this work
A better idea let me know.
I have driven a dually around here on our blast rock back roads and constantly pulling boulders out, so would really like to avoid this..
Thanks
