Easter Treat

I discovered this one Easter sitting around a campfire with a few friends. We had been making smores, but ran out of marshmellows. I am a huge fan of Peeps, so I happened to have a few with me. Before long, one found it's way on to the end of roaster. Roasted Peeps!!! The best over campfire desert I have found so far.

I prefer the yellow chicks.
