I have a new favorite camp meal to share and I couldn't find a thread of such staples, so post them here!
Criteria:
- Fresher the better, without too many ingredients that your 6 year old can't pronounce. (Keep your spam in the bomb shelter where it belongs)
- Quick prep, easy clean up, with as little as possible pre-made at home since weekend camping shouldn't feel like packing for a river trip.
- Think single skillet over an open fire
With that in mind, I'd like to recommend this stuff:

Sear some onions, meat, etc., throw in a bag of sauce and dump it on a tortilla. Here's a recent photo taken just before slicing up a ribeye :steak:
What's your favorite thing to cook on a tailgate?
