Eezi Awn 1400 T-top

I am selling my basically new Eezi Awn 1400 T-Top with the lower add a room. I bought it about a year ago and an have only used it 3 times (about 6 nights total). I have slept 3 adults up top with no problem. I really hate to sell it but I just doesnt get used.
I am asking $1800.00. I am located in Houston, TX. I could possibly ship but probably would not be cheap.
